DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Regional Customs Compliance Manager to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.

Location: Remote, covering midlands to North region

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will

Supporting agreed strategic deployments at regional & site level for our DSC UKI Customs & Excise services
To assist and ensure new business or business renewals with Customs & Excise activity is right first time every time
Successful deployment of the DSC Customs Compliance manual, in addition to regular monitoring and governance of the outlined compliance requirements contained within
Provide support and guidance to Customers, Operational teams and SME's with Customs & Excise regulatory compliance
To grow the UKI Customs function through learning and support at all levels
Responsibility in ensuring Audit action completion working with the Bond managers and key stakeholder, dependant on service level in place.
