💡 Why This Role Matters

Our Agile Delivery Leads are responsible for leading multiple cross functional engineering teams on the delivery of a planned roadmap of projects and initiatives.

We are looking for people who have a deep understanding of agile principles and extensive practical experience of working in an agile environment (specifically with Scrum) and managing projects across the entire lifecycle. 

Our Agile Delivery Leads build mature, self-organising and long lived engineering teams. They lead the teams through the practical aspects of agile software development and are able to provide real answers on the most difficult challenges faced with project planning, scoping and estimating, and delivery.

Our Agile Delivery Leads have a solid, bottom-up understanding and are able to lead, inspire and succeed with agile.



🛠 What You’ll Be Doing


Lead, empower and optimise:

  • Guide the cross-functional engineering teams to become mature, self-organising, and high-performing.
  • Own the process from project inception, discovery, story mapping through into delivery.Ensuring projects follow the proper software development lifecycle process with complete transparency to stakeholders.

Drive Action:

  • Identify and remove risks, bottlenecks and inefficiencies quickly. You won’t wait for instructions - you spot gaps and implement solutions immediately.
  • You’ll apply continuous improvement techniques to help teams inspect, adapt and improve. 

Collaborate & Innovate:

  • Support, guide and collaborate with Product to increase the effectiveness of roadmap and planning processes, prioritisation and management of in flight projects Work with fellow Agile Delivery Leads, Product Managers and Engineering Managers to share best practices and emerging tools.
  • Track key metrics to forecast delivery, improve efficiencies, and manage expectations.

  • Use essential tools like Jira, Google Suite, and Slack to stay connected and efficient.
