Proven experience in Property Acquisition within the Retail sector., Strong knowledge of retail and property markets, especially in Drive Thru and out of town locations., Excellent negotiating and partner management skills., MRICS qualification is beneficial but not essential..

Key responsabilities:

  • Acquire stores for both Equity and Partners, analyzing key performance indicators for success.
  • Research and identify target locations for each area/segment.
  • Deliver 10-15 new store openings (NSOs) and manage the entire NSO process.
  • Liaise with Store Development Team, Designers, and Property consultants while managing external partnerships.

What you’ll do

Being a Property Acquisition Manager is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success - which means you’ll be:

  • Responsible for acquiring stores for both Equity and our Partners. You’ll analyse and identify key performance indicators for store success.
  • Research and identify target locations plans for each area/segment.
  • Deliver 10-15 NSO’s in region and take end to end ownership for the whole NSO process.
  • Liaise with Store Development Team, Designers and Property consultants.
  • Manage best in-class store KPIs via robust financial modelling.
  • Manage external partnerships, landlords, agencies etc.
  • Manage Regional Franchise Store approval.
  • Have a strong awareness of landscape and competitor performance in region


Who you are

It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in:

  • Proven experience working in a Property Acquisition within the Retail sector
  • Passionate about working in a fast paced, multi-faceted business coupled with a strong in-depth knowledge of retail and property markets
  • Drive Thru, out of town and sector knowledge is critical.
  • Strong negotiating skills along with strong partner management and relationship skills.
  • Multi-site store acquisition/roll out programme experience.
  • Retailer and/or landlord or agent experience.
  • Drive, tenacity and curiosity to understand the market.
  • True agility to work cross functionally.
  • MRICS Qualified would be beneficial but not essential
  • A team player, eager to learn, engage and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Bags of initiative and drive


Location: : Field Based covering South East, South or South West location – expectation to meet with the wider team on a regular basis
