    For our project we are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with deep knowledge in ML/AI that can translate larger problems into tractable pieces and troubleshoot entire product issues. The person should handle large E2E cross-cutting problems, arrive at multiple solutions, and pick the sustainable one, as well as create common reusable components, identyfy issues across codebase, and ensure comprehensive testing.

    Key responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement agentic voice bot solutions using the platform;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define voice interaction flows and user experiences;
  • Optimize voice recognition by selection of best-in-class models e.g. from Azure Cognitive Services or other suppliers;
  • Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the voice bot meets performance standards;
  • Monitor and analyze user interactions to identify areas for improvement and enhancement;
  • Simplify interaction flows through the implementation of Conversational AI including the implementation of success metrics e.g. automated contacts;
  • Enable steering of interactions and proper reporting (bot vs. inhouse vs. external partners);
  • Collaborate with other teams within Tech and Business departments to align voice flows and systems requirements with organizational needs and consider NFRs and best practices.

    Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience;
  • Knowledge how to design end-to-end services, engage in long-term design thinking, and model very complex data problems independently;
  • Decision making skill for tech stack and architectural components, evangelizes platform building;
  • Necessary skills to plan complex projects, own stakeholder communication, and ensure E2E delivery;
  • Experience in ML/AI projects.
