As a Senior Scrum Master, you will be a champion for Agile principles and practices, guiding and empowering one or more Scrum teams to achieve high performance and deliver exceptional value. You will facilitate the Scrum process, foster collaboration, drive continuous improvement, and act as a servant leader, removing impediments and enabling the team to self-organize and succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure smooth execution
  • Coach and mentor Scrum Teams and stakeholders on Agile principles
  • Identify and remove impediments hindering team progress
  • Collaborate with Product Owners for well-defined Product Backlog
  • Foster continuous improvement within the team
  • Promote self-organization and ownership within the team
  • Manage dependencies with other teams and stakeholders
  • Support Product Owner in stakeholder management
  • Contribute to Agile community within the organization
  • Track and report team progress and performance metrics
  • Focus on expert facilitation of Scrum process and servant leadership
  • Coach and mentor teams in Agile principles for continuous improvement
  • Identify and remove impediments to ensure consistent value delivery
  • Facilitate decision-making within the team and with Product Owner
  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders and team members
  • Ensure transparency in sprint outcomes and progress updates
  • Communicate Agile principles and Scrum framework value to various audiences.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits:

  • 2 rest days per week
  • 13th Month Pay
