Solution Architect - HSO International – Global Managed Services (GSM) - Continuous Improvements.
About the Role
As a Solution Architect at HSO International, you will manage SA operations within GMS's Continuous Improvement Team (CIT). Your primary responsibility is to deliver the highest quality and value in managed services to selected customers.
Your role is to drive the successful Continuous Improvement activities for HSO international clients. You will provide expert guidance on the business platform design while closely collaborating with Service Delivery Management, Account Management and the Senior Solution Architect Team within HSO International to ensure the highest standards are met.
Requirements
University degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
7 to 10 years of ERP consulting experience, with a strong preference for expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or earlier versions.
Proven track record with multiple end-to-end ERP implementations and in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules.
Knowledgeable in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Power BI and Microsoft Azure.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
