Role Overview:

eJam is seeking a Google Search Shopping & Display Specialist to join our eJam team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing eJam's Google Search and Shopping campaigns, with a focus on driving qualified traffic and optimizing conversions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies, implement campaigns, and provide performance analysis and recommendations. The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of Google Ads, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of success in driving performance and revenue growth through Search and Shopping campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize Google Search Shopping & Display campaigns to drive qualified traffic and maximize conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
  • Create and implement strategies to improve Quality Score, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Creative, and Analytics, to develop integrated campaign strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Google Ads and search engine marketing.
  • Ensure compliance with advertising policies and guidelines.
  • Stay informed about competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Manage campaign budgets, bids, and ad placements to optimize ROI.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing Google Search and Shopping campaigns, with a proven track record of success.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and draw insights from campaign data.
  • Experience with keyword research tools and techniques.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Google Ads certifications, such as Google Ads Search Certification and Google Ads Shopping Certification, is a plus.
  • Experience in eCommerce or direct-to-consumer industry is a plus.

Salary:

  • $8 - $12 per hour (based on experience)
