About the Role:

As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our procurement team, responsible for reviewing reports, analyzing inventory and sales data, and drafting

purchasing needs to ensure the efficient and cost-effective acquisition of inventory. This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong analytical skills,


What you’ll do:

● Maintain accurate inventory records to track stock levels and identify purchasing needs.

● Analyze sales numbers and trends to determine procurement requirements.

● Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and new products to make informed purchasing decisions.

● Compare product deliveries with issued purchase orders to identify and resolve any discrepancies.

● Generate and issue purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.

● Monitor the progress of delivery schedules and proactively identify and address any delays or issues.

● Communicate price discrepancies between purchase orders and the system (NetSuite) to relevant stakeholders for resolution.
