About the role

As the Supply Chain Manager at Il Tutto, you will lead the supply chain function for Heroes Australia Pty Ltd, ensuring inventory levels are managed, cost to serve is optimised and new products are executed seamlessly

Responsibilities
  • Complete monthly demand and supply planning cycles, ensuring inventory levels are optimised though out of stock item %, and inventory is within agreed boundaries.

  • Manage cost to serve, balancing customer delivery SLAs and providing a cost effective service, measure by total 3PL costs

  • Support product innovation through managing the NPD/EPD process - ensuring all products are compliant and launched in time with agreed plans

About you
  • Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience. APICS or equivalent highly regarded
  • You have high level project management skills and are able to juggle multiple conflicting priorities
  • You have practical experience of executing S&OP / IBP processes esp. demand and supply reviews
  • You are a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.
  • You have experience with typical softwares in a SME ecommerce business (e.g. Xero, Shopify, MS Office, Yotpo)
  • Great understanding of warehousing and logistics - both local and international; experience in using industry standard supply chain software (including: WMS, IMS, OMS, ERP, TMS etc)
