Division functions:
  • Supporting DOH CDPAP transition as Call Center Auditor

Position Description:
  • Seeking friendly, detail-oriented Call Center Auditors to manage inbound calls while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator who is passionate about helping others and problem solving efficiently.

Additional Skill Level, Experience or Other Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven customer support or call center experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have a phone, but laptop will be provided.
  • Attention to detail a must.

Miscellaneous Information:
  • Shift Days/Time: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
  • Bus transportation options are available.
  • Interviews will be conducted in-person or online based on the availability.
  • Training will be provided.
