  • Conduct system training on third-party systems and assist with performance management updates.

Location – Remote (Canada) 
Job type – Full-time; Average working hours is 40 hours/week
Reports to – Call Center Team Manager


Required Skills: 

  • High School diploma or equivalent 
  • Ability to multi task and navigate different computer applications  
  • Strong attention to detail  
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment 
  • Minimum 1 year sales and customer service experience 
  • Excellent telephone communication skills and mannerisms  
  • Negotiation, and objection handling skills  

Responsibilities:

  • Complete quarterly OP Code Utilization on all enterprise accounts (Auto Canada, COAG, Finch, Galpin)
  • Optimize the customer experience by performing daily schedule checks to increase accuracy for the customer and document feedback on the Booking Error Tracker. 
  • Provide real time support via Team Chats for Appointment Coordinators when assistance is required. 
  • Conduct system training on third party systems when required. 
  • Complete quarterly BDC Assist review and provide updates to the Team Manager for review.
  • Schedule modifications ( stop booking instructions, holiday block, etc.)
  • Work with Team Manager to identify individual and team performance trends. 
  • Provide feedback into performance management process of employees where applicable.
