Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Telemarketers (TMs), ensuring targets are met
Maintain and assign call lists efficiently to maximize productivity
Monitor performance metrics and keep detailed team statistics
Deliver daily performance reports and insights to clients
Step in and make calls when TMs are absent to ensure continuity
Onboard, train, and mentor new Telemarketers
Oversee and update email marketing/contact lists as needed.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in telemarketing, sales management, or a similar role
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and reporting abilities
Comfortable with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis
Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Highly organized and detail-oriented

Are comfortable interfacing with clients directly
