We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Accountant to work for our client.

Job Responsibilities:

Cash Flow Management: Monitor daily cash balances, forecast cash requirements, and ensure adequate liquidity for operations.
Financial Analysis: Conduct variance analysis, identify financial trends, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
Invoicing: Manage end-to-end invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely billing.
Bookkeeping: Oversee daily transactions and maintain clean and up-to-date ledgers in Xero.
Xero Expertise: Utilize advanced features of Xero for reconciliation, reporting, and automation of accounting tasks.
SOPs & Documentation: Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal documentation for all finance processes.
End-of-Month Reporting: Prepare and deliver accurate month-end financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
