Join our team as a Mortgage Support Adviser where you'll embark on a journey aimed at enhancing both quality and income by championing our mortgage and protection offerings to advisers.
Your mission? To empower them with the guidance and support needed to navigate mortgage and protection cases with precision, ensuring the best outcomes for their clients.
Expect to be the first point of contact, striving to answer 95% of incoming calls promptly and accurately. You'll unravel complexities, shedding light on criteria, products, and packaging requirements, while also exploring alternative solutions for intricate cases. We foster a culture of self-sufficiency, encouraging advisers to leverage our internal resources like the Extranet and Knowledge Bank within XPM for basic inquiries.
Stay ahead of the curve by staying abreast of the dynamic lending and protection landscape, from product innovations to regulatory shifts. Dive into provider meetings, soaking up insights on unique selling points and criteria updates.
Your role extends to curating and updating our databases with the latest lender and provider criteria, ensuring our Extranet remains a beacon of up-to-date information.
Master our XPLAN Mortgage system, equipping advisers with accurate sourcing results and showcasing the benefits of system enhancements like the Client Eligibility Tool and Lender Connect. Collaborate with IT to facilitate access and address advisers' requests swiftly.
You'll craft Defaqto CI reports with precision, meeting tight deadlines and providing ongoing support to advisers as needed.
Your attention to detail shines as you review and approve mortgage and protection concession requests, meticulously logging them onto our Worksmart system for senior management scrutiny.
Join us in shaping the future of mortgage support, where your expertise and dedication drive positive outcomes for both advisers and clients alike.
We're seeking a candidate with a blend of expertise and experience to thrive in the role of Mortgage Support Adviser. Ideally, you'll hold CeMAP qualification, coupled with a solid background in the Intermediary Mortgage Sector.
Your knowledge of the lending and protection markets should be extensive, encompassing intermediary lending/lenders criteria, products, and the nuances of protection products and criteria.
Familiarity with mortgage sourcing systems, particularly Trigold/Topaz, and proficiency in essential software like Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint are essential tools in your arsenal. A deep understanding of Financial Services regulation, including the Mortgage Market Review, is crucial.
You'll grasp the intricacies of lenders' quality measures and their ripple effects across the market, along with core requirements for AR firms/Advisers, such as competence, supervision, and adherence to regulations like data protection, anti-money laundering protocols, and Treating Customers Fairly principles.
