The Job:  

As a QA Engineer Lead, you’ll be part of our construction technology team working as a remote employee.    You’ll get to:  

  • Be a hands-on leader working with agile, lean, high-performing teams asserting the quality for digital services or SaaS platforms.
  • Work with modern day E2E reactive web platforms, microservices in cloud and on-premises environments for quality & customer experience.
  • Automate tests for SPA & MPA built with the latest reactive technologies and microservices.
  • Provide quality certifications guided by Customer experience, Agility & Extensibility as north stars.
  • Led a nimble team of QA engineers to adopt and implement best automation practices in a fast-paced environment
  • Work across teams to extract quantified, deliverable technical details from high level requirements
  • Keep the success of our customers as the guiding principle of your work
  • Ensure success through unblocking challenges & owning the deliverables E2E
  • Collaborate with team to define time & effort estimations
  • Reflect critically on designs and frameworks to improve speed/quality of deliverables
  • Break & validate designs & deliverables, preventing a bad customer experience

The Person:

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent is required
  • 7+ years of Quality/Testing Automation experience is required
  • Implementing E2E automated test pipelines using industry-standard tools for SaaS platforms
  • Build Test automation for API’s, Modern UI frameworks, & Mobile apps
  • Hands-on experience in automated validation of SQL, No-SQL, and other distributed storages
  • Deep understanding of latest web technologies, Testing processes, Tools, Cloud Deployments, Containerization, Authentication Systems, & Protocols
  • Experience in certifying tradeoffs b/w cost, scale, speed & agility
  • Strong coding skills in JavaScript
