We’re looking for a high-energy Outbound Sales Representative to fuel our continued expansion. This role is all about generating new business through relentless outbound calls, strategic outside sales, and leveraging LinkedIn to cultivate leads. You’ll be the face of Wealthy Executive Recruiting, pitching our premium recruiting services to companies and building lasting relationships with key decision-makers. The ideal candidate is fearless in cold outreach, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is highly fluent in English for both verbal and written communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute high-volume outbound calls to introduce and sell our recruiting services to businesses.
  • Conduct outside sales activities, including virtual or in-person meetings, to pitch services and close deals.
  • Actively manage and optimize the company’s LinkedIn profile to generate leads, engage with prospects, and build a strong online presence.
  • Research and identify target companies and decision-makers to create a steady pipeline of opportunities.
  • Develop tailored outreach strategies to engage prospects, from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Follow up diligently with leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn to nurture relationships and convert prospects into clients.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to understand client needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, including calls made, leads generated, and deals closed, to drive accountability.
  • Meet or exceed ambitious monthly sales quotas for outreach volume and closed deals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to position Wealthy Executive Recruiting as a thought leader in the market.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional fluency in English (verbal and written) is non-negotiable, as all client communication is in English.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, business development, or a similar high-energy sales role.
  • Comfortable dedicating the majority of the workday to proactive cold outreach and relationship-building.
  • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn for lead generation, content posting, and professional networking.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage and persuade senior-level decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, with a hunger for success and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities effectively.
  • Experience in recruiting, HR services, or B2B sales is a plus but not required.
  • A positive attitude and resilience to handle rejection while maintaining enthusiasm.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $1,500 USD per month.
  • Commission: $250 USD per closed deal, with uncapped earning potential.
