Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support in Spanish for roadside assistance inquiries
  • Assist customers with emergency situations, including breakdowns and accidents
  • Coordinate assistance services and communicate effectively with service providers
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Resolve issues promptly and efficiently with a customer-first mindset
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece - Work from home only within Greece
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in emergency services or roadside assistance is a plus
  • Team player with a positive, proactive approach
