*This role is Fully Remote and can be performed from anywhere. Your working hours should overlap at least 6 hours with CET (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)*

A taste of what you will be involved with
  • Support CEO: assist the CEO  in maintaining focus on company priorities and ensuring accountability
  • Organize and optimize: CEO Email management and schedule management; Business research by request of the Management; collection and analyzing data to prepare reports, documents and summaries and acting as a point of contact among executives, team members and other external partners
  • Document and systematize: maintain SOPs, process documentation, and key company resources for efficiency
  • Drive execution: follow up on action items, track progress, and help eliminate bottlenecks
  • Enhance efficiency: providing a smooth and swift organizational and administrative assistance on a daily basis and optimize the existing process. Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner; directing and enhancing daily operations practices

Requirements

  • 1 years of experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional time management: juggles multiple priorities and keeps everything on schedule
  • Strong problem solving skills: identifies issues early and offers solutions proactively
  • Readiness to perform both diverse and repetitive tasks
  • High level of self-organization and control
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication
  • Tech proficiency: comfortable using project management, Google tools (drive, sheets, slides, docs and so on) Excel, and communication tools to optimize workflow
  • Trustworthy and discreet: handles sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality

The recruitment process

We aim to reply to all applications within two weeks. If you are selected to interview the process will be as follows:

  1. Complete a Culture Index test (5 minutes),
  2. Screening Interview with the People’s team
  3. Case study 
  4. Peer interview with Anastasia (Project Manager)
  5. Final interview with our founder and CEO


Assuming everyone is available (E.g. no vacations), the process should take no longer than 4 weeks, from when you are invited to interview.
