Project Description: A top business consulting company is expanding it’s capabilities in Product Lifecycle (PLC) area and to successfully adopt PLC with other stakeholders in organization like Risk, Security, Architecture we are seeking for Expert in area of process design and architecture to integrate several processes under one umbrella of Product Life Cycle (PLC). In your role you will be closely working with UX and Journey design to improve user experience and simplify governance processes, ServiceNow COEI team on architectural decisions and onboarding of processes into ServiceNow ecosystem. To achieve this mission here are critical projects you will be working on:

  • End-to-End Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) management and governance process design. Allowing to implement risk controls for product lifecycle.
  • Production gate process design enabling gating between various product lifecycle stages and it’s dependency on NFRs.
  • Product Security Review PSR process adaptation to NFRs and PLC.
  • Vendor driven decisions and influence of PLC process.


Requirements:

  • At least 8+ years of hands-on experience as Functional / Business Analyst in any two ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, IRM, LSD, etc.)
  • Should have good understanding and should be up to date on ServiceNow latest releases, features and issues.
  • Should have a good understanding of Agile Methodologies.
  • Should have good hands-on experience in Requirement Elicitation Techniques, UML (Unified Modelling language) and documentation.
  • Should have good experience in cross domain communication, conducting JAD (Joint Application Development) and effectively stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated experience in dealing with business stakeholders, understanding their requirements and translating them to functional specifications.
  • Working with ServiceNow Architect, SMEs, Tech-Leads, Product Managers, Technical Resources & Project/Delivery Manager (in case of specific inputs for solution) on finalizing the solution and estimates.

  • Develop acceptance criteria for projects, test plans and test cases.
  • Perform final validation of solution before submission to requester to run the User Acceptance Test.
  • Managing the Q&A process.
  • Work with Product managers to devise the timeline/schedule for executing the project.
  • Working as a bridge and supporting delivery team in initial stages of the Discovery Phase
  • Understanding business needs by  stakeholders and translating requirements for technical teams. 
  • Gathering data around sentiments, process maturity by conducting surveys, workshops, and tests. 
  • Analysing and modelling data to draw actionable conclusions to support business goals
  • Assessing risks and opportunities by evaluating the potential impact of proposed changes. 
  • Developing strategic and operational solutions to address any potentially problematic issues or IT challenges. 
  • Designing or modifying systems and processes to help implement changes in ways that are efficient and effective. 
  • Presenting recommendations by communicating findings and proposed solutions to stakeholders or technical teams to gain approval and support. 
  • Documenting findings, analyses, and recommendations clearly and concisely. 
  • Guiding staff through the implementation process to ensure solutions are integrated effectively. 
  • Measuring the success of changes and identifying further areas for improvement.
