Job description

100% Remote Opportunity

  • Stakeholder Support: Support business stakeholders in creating content that is targeted to customer needs and interests as part of a consistent, connected content experience.
  • Content Structure Design : Define the structure and organization of digital content, ensuring it is scalable and adaptable.
  • Content Creation and Governance : Oversee the creation, editing, and publication of online content, enhancing the overall user experience while ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Content Optimization : Evaluate existing content and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance user experience and engagement and effective content delivery. Leverage Search Engine Optimization expertise and platforms.
  • Collaboration: As required, work closely with designers, writers, marketers, and other team members to produce cohesive and engaging content.
  • Performance Analysis: As required, use tracking and analysis systems to gain insights for content optimization and to guide content strategy.

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in content strategy, content architecture, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Information Architecture / Taxonomy knowledge is highly desired.
  • Demonstrated results orientation, including developing fact-driven, business goal focused plans that align with strategic objectives.
  • Effective project management and organizational skills.
  • Clear and compelling writing skills; strong oral communication skills; strong content presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of individuals cross-organizationally, cross-functionally, and within a global matrix.
  • Strong initiative and creativity.
