Job description

Rain is the fastest-growing earned wage access (EWA) fintech in the U.S., serving 2.5 million employees and backed by top investors like QED and Prosus. We’ve raised nearly $400M in funding—including the largest Series A in fintech history—and just closed our Series B to fuel our next stage of hypergrowth.

We want to help people and businesses - and we want them to love their experiences engaging with our products. If you’re a high-energy, relentless builder who thrives on deeply understanding and solving user problems, we want you.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to take full ownership of Rain’s internal administrative portal and external employer-facing web portal. This is an opportunity to command our highest visibility platforms. You’ll be at the heart of our strategy, building the tools to streamline our internal workstreams and turning the Employer Portal into a powerful, revenue-driving product.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Own and define the roadmap for Rain’s Portals, building best-in-class experiences that employers love.
  •  Drive innovation—push boundaries, bring bold ideas, and redefine what’s possible.
  •  Turn our Employer Portal into a revenue-generating machine by developing features that clients can’t live without.
  •  Work cross-functionally with the best—engineering, design, operations, marketing, sales, and finance—to deliver products that don’t just work, but win.
  • Champion our users— understand and advocate for our internal and external users and partner closely with design to craft intuitive, delightful experiences that solve real problems.
  •  Hold a high bar of excellence—we’re not here to build “good enough.” We’re here to build category-defining products.

Qualifications:

  •  5-7 years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of launching high-impact products.
  •  A builder’s DNA—you’re not just executing roadmaps, you’re defining them.
  •  High-energy, high-drive mentality—you take ownership, move fast, and demand the best from yourself and those around you.
  •  Customer-obsessed—you don’t just build features; you create experiences that users love.
  •  Relentlessly detail-oriented—you see things others miss and care about the 1% improvements that make a product world-class.
  •  Fluency working with engineers and designers—you know how to turn vision into reality.
  •  Proficiency with agile development tools (JIRA, Figma, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

  •  Experience in HR Tech or FinTech—especially employer-facing products.
  •  A history of building client-facing portals and revenue-driving products.
