What You'll Do:
The Vice President of Product Services Security Engineering and Architecture will lead the design and delivery of secure-by-design principles across all products, platforms, and services. This role will drive security innovation, embed security into the product lifecycle, and ensure strong architectural foundations for all First Advantage technology offerings.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of security architects and engineers focused on product security, cloud security, and application security.
Develop and enforce secure design principles and architecture standards across all product and platform development efforts.
Collaborate with product management, engineering, and DevOps teams to embed security requirements early in the development lifecycle (Shift Left).
Champion the development and adoption of secure coding practices, DevSecOps methodologies, and security automation.
Evaluate emerging technologies and architectures for security risks and drive security innovation.
Oversee product vulnerability management processes, including secure design reviews, threat modeling, and code analysis.
Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure product compliance with global standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS).
Drive initiatives to achieve certifications (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2) relevant to products and services.

This Is the Job For You, If You Have:

12+ years in cybersecurity, with 5+ years in security architecture and/or product security leadership.
Strong background in security architecture for cloud-native and SaaS products.
Expertise in threat modeling, secure coding, application security testing, and cloud platform security (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience partnering with product and engineering leadership teams to deliver secure products at scale.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CSSLP, or cloud security certifications (AWS Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer) preferred.

The salary range for this position is approximately $200,000-$260,000 base annually. This range reflects our good faith estimate to pay fairly as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate’s experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.
