Job description

This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Sydney Time with 1 hour unpaid break.

Construction Operations Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Manage pre-construction phase documentation and processes
  • Process progress claims and invoices within 24 hours of stage completion
  • Set up and maintain stage payment schedules in Wonder Build
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete and organized before each construction stage
  • Track and document all project adjustments and variations
  • Maintain accurate project schedules from pre-construction through completion
  • Process and organize quality control certificates and compliance documentation
  • Support client communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
  • Assist with final council sign-offs and certification collection
  • Maintain systematic filing of all project-related documentation
