Role Name: Commercial Real Estate Loan Processor
Schedule:
40 hours/week or Part-Time (20 hours/week minimum)

You'll work with sophisticated lending products while coordinating with various stakeholders including property developers, investors, and financial institutions. This position offers the perfect blend of analytical work and relationship management, allowing you to leverage your attention to detail while contributing to the successful closure of significant commercial real estate deals. You'll be part of a fast-paced environment processing approximately 30 loans daily, making a direct impact on the company's growth and success.
Drive commercial real estate loans from application to closing, ensuring smooth progression through each stage.
Manage and optimize document flow within the loan origination system (LOS).
Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers, maintaining professional communication throughout the loan process.
Coordinate with external partners including appraisers, title companies, and insurance providers.
Perform detailed review of critical documentation, ensuring accuracy of loan amounts, terms, and conditions.
Analyze title documents and insurance certificates for compliance and completeness.
Collaborate with underwriters to compile and verify loan documentation.
Track and manage multiple loan applications simultaneously using advanced tracking systems.
Maintain detailed records and provide regular status updates on loan progression.
Identify and resolve potential obstacles in the loan process proactively.
Proven experience in commercial real estate loan processing or related financial services role.
Strong understanding of commercial real estate documentation and lending processes.
Exceptional attention to detail with demonstrated ability to review complex financial documents.
Advanced organizational skills with ability to manage 25+ concurrent loan files.
Experience with loan origination systems (LOS) and financial software.
Professional communication skills for interaction with high-net-worth clients and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to issue resolution.
Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.
Experience in regulated financial environments preferred.
Commitment to meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Must be available to work Eastern Time Zone business hours.
