Job description

This is a remote position.

About the Role 

We are seeking an experienced Go-To-Market Consultant to help us refine and execute our market entry and growth strategy in the United States. This role is ideal for a strategic advisor with hands-on experience in launching products, validating positioning, and accelerating growth in new markets—particularly in the B2B tech or SaaS space. 

Scope of Work 

  • Conduct a rapid assessment of our current positioning, customer segments, and competitive landscape. 
  • Co-develop a tailored go-to-market strategy for the U.S., including messaging, pricing, and channel mix. 
  • Identify ideal customer profiles (ICP) and develop an outreach plan. 
  • Advise or support on early-stage business development and strategic partnerships. 
  • Provide recommendations on sales enablement and lead generation strategies. 
  • Define metrics and success benchmarks to track GTM performance. 
  • Optional: Train internal team members or assist in hiring for permanent roles. 


Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in go-to-market strategy, business development, or commercial consulting roles. 
  • Track record of successful GTM execution in the U.S. market, ideally for tech or B2B service companies. 
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategy. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication. 
  • Autonomous, results-oriented, and comfortable working with ambiguity. 
  • Previous consulting or fractional leadership experience preferred.

Nice to Have 

  • Experience in responsible tech, AI governance, or digital trust. 
  • Exposure to European startups or organizations entering the U.S. market.
