Requirements
You're someone who’s been deep in the HR trenches and knows how to scale smart.
We’re looking for;
- Degree in HR or Business Admin or Project Management (CIPD is a plus).
- 7+ years in HR – you get People Operations workflows, policies, and compliance (UK required; Ireland/USA a bonus).
- Solid experience improving and running HR Operations in a fast-moving environment (MedTech or Tech preferred).
- Experience leading a team (Mandatory)
- Strong grasp of Irish or UK employment law, and ideally some exposure to US.
- Tech-savvy – you’ve automated HR workflows or used AI to drive efficiency.
- Hands-on – you've done the actual work, not just led others doing it.
Super organised with a strong ability to context switch and juggle delivery, and daily execution with ease.
- Great at bringing people with you and ensuring compliance - but you're not a fan of the HR police approach.
- Sharp eye for detail, strong documentation skills, and a constant drive to improve HR Ops processes (but only when it makes sense).
