We empower a diverse range of creators to imagine and develop culturally significant content, while building an organization that thrives on creative ideas, operational expertise and strategic thinking.As the Vice President of Programmatic Strategy & Operations you spearhead the evolution of our programmatic capabilities and oversee the digital programmatic advertising strategy and analytics cross the FOX portfolio. This leadership position partners closely with Sales, Product, and Planning teams to establish programmatic direction, shape go-to-market strategies and optimize platform performance and yield. In addition, you will liaise with key ad tech vendors, distribution partners and inform Sales on the effective integration of programmatic solutions and data-driven products.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Define and implement the overall programmatic strategy, ensuring alignment with FOX's
business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technology, Yield, Product, Sales) to develop cohesive pricing models, packaging strategies, and technical solutions.
Partner with product management and technology teams to build product roadmaps and define performance metrics from development to production,
Direct reporting and analytics initiatives for FOX’s programmatic platforms, ensuring accurate measurement of performance metrics and yield optimization.
Define and monitor performance metrics as new features, products, and processes are launched across multiple ad servers and consumer endpoints.
Develop scalable reporting frameworks that provide stakeholders with real-time data access.
Create structured processes for ad-hoc analysis requests, ensuring a balance between flexibility and long-term scalability.
Cooperate with DSP partners to amplify demand within U.S. marketplace deals, ensuring consistent growth opportunities.
Gather and synthesize client feedback to propose feature enhancements and tailor programmatic strategies to both client objectives and FOX’s broader business priorities.
Provide ongoing technical guidance for ad tech solutions, including campaign setup, maintenance, and performance assessment.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
At least 15 years in digital advertising, including a minimum of 8 years specializing in programmatic strategy (ad serving, covering exchanges, ad networks, DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and CTV platforms).
Demonstrated success in programmatic video, OTT, and CTV environments, with in-depth knowledge of OTT revenue models and measurement.
Solid understanding of audience targeting, the programmatic ecosystem, and media types (especially Video/OTT/Display).
Experience with header bidding technologies (e.g., Prebid.js) and server-side header bidding implementations.
Experience working with bid-related metrics (e.g., delivery, bid rates, win rates) and programmatic data interpretation.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $166,000.00-232,500.00 annually for high cost labour markets such as but not limited to New York City and Los Angeles, $138,300.00-193,700.00 annually for all other US locations. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.AHOY
