As a summit participant, there are opportunities to learn about our traditional actuarial consulting track and our specialty consulting tracks within Mercer and at Marsh McLennan. You will be exposed to a fast-paced, energetic, action-oriented environment. This virtual event will be held May 28 from 1:00 pm-5:00 pm (EDT) and May 29 from 11:00 am-3:00 pm (EDT). Over the course of 2 days and 8 hours, we will provide you with analyst and consultant career paths, group networking, education and team building activities. This program is a unique opportunity to learn about a career in consulting and build a network for a possible summer externship or full time analyst position.

WHAT WE VALUE
• Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office—Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of data analysis, project management, and presentation design
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Progress toward a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or other business- related area
• Curiosity and interest in learning more about a career in the actuarial field
• Target audience Current freshman or sophomore graduating in 2028 or 2027
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
