The Opportunity

Abbott Rapid Dx North America, LLC’s Orlando site is part of Global Business Services (GBS) within the Abbott Rapid Diagnostics Division.  GBS has a global accountability to deliver an exceptional customer experience and create business value through compliance, standardization, and data analytics.  The GBS group fosters a collaborative, team focused and winning environment where employees are accountable and encouraged to develop themselves.

The Business Process Excellence Project Manager will be responsible for establishing and developing continuous improvement process based on Agile practices, managing releases and projects related to Winshuttle Evolve application, working with SQA stakeholders on SLC documentation.

What You'll Do

  • Manage Winshuttle Continuous Improvement process based on Agile and Scrum best practices, including:
    • Managing Development team’s tasks and schedule
    • Managing Informal and SLC testing activities
    • Ensure high quality of Documentation
  • Build and maintain relationship and work closely with SQA (Software Quality Engineers) stakeholders on SLC (Software Lifecycle) requirements.
  • Define, communicate and manage Sprint schedules.
  • Enable development team’s self-organization.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and lead Agile ceremonies, including:
    • Sprint planning
    • Daily standups
    • Sprint Retrospective

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience leading Agile team as team lead or scrum master.
  • Perfect communication and self-organization skills.
  • Ability to execute and deliver product on schedule.
  • Proven record of efficient mitigation of project risks and issues.
  • Remote based management of team.
  • English language proficiency.

The base pay for this position is

$85,300.00 – $170,700.00

In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
