FAAC Entrance Solutions is a provider of automatic door systems, committed to delivering high-quality service and innovative solutions for a wide range of clients across commercial, industrial, and public sectors. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Service Business Development Manager to act as the liaison between our customers, Service and New Equipment Sales teams to boost sales of service contracts. Your role will also be to seek new service contract opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with existing and potential customers.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, establishing a reliable after-sales maintenance service. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities for service and maintenance contracts
Staying up to date with new services/products and plans
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Conduct site visits and assessments to understand customer needs and recommend suitable contract options
Assigning the appropriate services/products to customers
Prepare and present tailored service proposals and quotations
Negotiate contract terms in line with company pricing structures and service capabilities
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities
Setting up meetings for clients and executives
Collaborate with the service and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new contracts
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Represent the company in a professional manner at all times, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Preferably some service sales experience in a comparable industry
Understanding and analysing the sales metric system
Great negotiation skills
Able to suggest ideas and give effective presentations
High level of proficiency in IT systems and digital tool
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: English and Maths GCSE minimum.
