Job Requirements:

  • B2B Sales Experience: Minimum 2.5-5 years in B2B sales, preferably within the construction, property management, or inspection services industries.
  • Proficient in Technology Tools: Expertise in using Excel for data management and reporting, and familiarity with RingCentral or similar CRM/communication platforms.
  • Fluent in English: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills to effectively engage with diverse clients and stakeholders. 
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple leads, track client interactions, and prioritize tasks for efficient sales pipeline management. 
  • Results-Driven Attitude: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, closing deals, and contributing to overall business growth.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of property management processes, building compliance regulations, and the importance of structural inspections is highly preferred.

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and build a pipeline of potential clients, including property managers, building owners, and HOA representatives, to promote balcony inspection services. 
  • Cold Email & Phone Outreach: Craft and deliver persuasive email campaigns and conduct proactive phone outreach using RingCentral to establish connections and drive interest in inspection offerings.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business opportunities. 
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and effectively communicate the value of balcony inspections for compliance and safety purposes. 
  • Data Tracking & Reporting: Utilize Excel to track outreach performance, manage client data, and generate detailed sales reports to monitor progress and identify growth opportunities. 
  • Market Insights & Feedback: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies and improve service delivery.
