Job Requirements:

  • Min 2.5 years of proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role, with a track record of successful campaigns. 
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.). 
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other PPC platforms. 
  • Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs) and Google Analytics. 
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and their advertising options.

Core responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and leads across multiple platforms (social media, Google Ads, email campaigns, etc.). 
  • Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other PPC channels, ensuring performance optimization and ROI. 
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using tools like Google Analytics, to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement. 
  • Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink building. 
  • Create and manage content for social media platforms, blogs, and websites, ensuring it is engaging, relevant, and aligned with the brand's voice. 
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, audience behaviors, and new opportunities for growth. 
  • Manage and grow social media presence by developing content calendars, engaging with followers, and tracking performance metrics. 
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with existing customers, including segmentation and A/B testing. 
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and other team members to develop high-quality marketing materials and campaigns. 
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the digital space. 
  • Manage budgets for digital marketing efforts and ensure that campaigns deliver on their objectives within the allocated budget.
