Job description

Performance Test Engineer US

USA location – remote

Neo load experiences, it is mandatory

5+ years of experience in Performance Engineering and testing.
Lead the performance testing efforts for software applications using NeoLoad, from test planning to test execution and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business stakeholders, to understand performance requirements and define test objectives.
Design, develop, and execute performance tests using NeoLoad to validate system performance under load, stress, and endurance conditions.
Execute performance tests, monitor system behavior, and analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks, scalability issues, and areas for optimization.
Conduct root cause analysis of performance issues, work closely with development teams to resolve them, and provide recommendations for performance improvements.
Define and implement performance test strategies, methodologies, and best practices to ensure effective and efficient testing processes.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in performance testing tools, methodologies, and technologies, and proactively introduce relevant improvements to enhance testing capabilities
