  • Manage and lead the global technical support team to ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Develop and implement support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to address customer feedback and improve product offerings.
  • Provide training and support to team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.

We are committed to offering a fair compensation package that reflects the level of expertise and skills each individual brings to the role. Compensation listed reflect base salary, it does not include any variable compensation, equity or benefits. Individual pay is determined by a variety of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant training.
