Job description

This is a remote position.

Protip UK seeks a skilled Technical Recruiter to identify, engage, and recruit top-tier technical professionals for our diverse client portfolio. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in technical recruitment, relationship-building, and screening strategies to ensure the best technical and cultural fit for each position. As part of our team, you'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and clients to deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create targeted strategies for various roles, utilising traditional and creative sourcing methods.
  • Review applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical assessments to ensure a thorough evaluation process.
  • Maintain a robust talent pipeline, proactively sourcing and nurturing relationships with high-potential candidates for current and future needs.
  •  Track and manage the entire recruitment process through Zoho Recruit (or similar platforms), ensuring accurate candidate data and seamless communication.
  • Work closely with internal teams and client organisations to understand technical requirements, role expectations, and cultural fit.
  • Represent Protip UK's values and brand throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring prompt communication and a professional, engaging process for all candidates.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated success placing candidates in technical roles with a solid understanding of technical skill sets.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, interview methods, and selection best practices.
  • Experience using any ATS is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and building rapport with diverse stakeholders and candidates.
  • Self-motivated and organised, able to manage tasks and deadlines independently in a remote setting.
  • TechBusiness and Product Recruitment experience in Finance and IT industries.
  • French speaking is a plus.
  • Biotechnology recruitment experience is a Plus.
