As our Social Creator Outreach Executive, you'll be a key player in identifying, engaging, and collaborating with creators across the vibrant Filipino social media landscape. You'll work closely with the Social Creator Outreach Manager, assisting in all aspects of campaign execution, from research and outreach to content coordination and reporting. Your passion for social media and your eagerness to learn will be your greatest assets.

This isn't just about sending freebies; it's about understanding the power of social search insights and using them to build impactful campaigns. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

1. The Scout: Creator Identification & Network Expansion  

  • Hunter Gatherer: 
    •  Identify rising and established creators across lifestyle, beauty, music, gaming, finance, and niche communities using social search insights and trend analysis. 
    • Build and maintain an organized creator database with key information like engagement rates, audience demographics, and content themes. 
    • Stay on top of platform trends, viral moments, and emerging creator talent to ensure brand partnerships stay ahead of the curve.
  • Social Sleuthing: Use our social intelligence tool, platform search functions, and trend analysis to discover rising creators and understand their audiences.
  • Relationship Building: Assist in building and maintaining relationships with creator agencies, talent managers, and independent content creators. 

 

2. The Apprentice: Supporting the Masterplan: Strategy & Content Innovation  

  • Trend Watcher: Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats. 
  • Brief Assistance: Support the development of creator briefs by gathering relevant information on target audiences, brand messaging, and campaign goals. 
  • Content Calendar Management: Assist in maintaining the Creator Content Calendar, ensuring all deadlines are met.

 

3. The Connector: Execution & Coordination 

  • Creator Outreach: Assist in reaching out to potential creators and talent managers, introducing them to campaign opportunities, and managing communication. 
  • Campaign Logistics: Help coordinate product shipments, manage contracts, and track campaign progress. 
  • Content Coordination: Support the content production process by gathering feedback, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, and facilitating communication between the brand and creators. 
  • Work closely with the Social Creator Outreach Manager to troubleshoot any executional issues and keep campaigns running smoothly.

 

4. Leveraging on the Power of Insights: Analysis & Reporting  

  • Performance Tracking: Assist in tracking campaign performance metrics, gathering data, and preparing reports. 
  • Social Scanning: Monitor social media conversations related to campaigns and creators, identifying trends and insights. 
  • Reporting Support: Help compile data and create reports on campaign performance, providing valuable insights for optimization.
