At Morgan & Morgan, we fight For The People, and our Salesforce Platform Team is the backbone of that mission. As the largest personal injury law firm in America, we handle millions of cases, securing justice for clients who need it most. Every day, our legal teams take on insurance companies, big corporations, and bad actors—and they rely on our Salesforce solutions to operate efficiently, win cases, and deliver results.
Our Salesforce Administrators are more than just system maintainers—they are strategic problem solvers, solution architects, and automation experts who work closely with our internal clients (legal teams, operations, and support staff) to ensure justice is upheld through best-in-class technology.
If you are an experienced, full-time Salesforce Administrator (3-5 years dedicated) who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving complex challenges autonomously, and is passionate about Flow Builder, scalable solutions, and high-performance automation, this is the opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Build: Architect, design, and implement cutting-edge Flow solutions that scale efficiently, execute quickly, and drive seamless automation across our platform.
- Be a Troubleshooting Expert: Diagnose and resolve complex Flow Builder issues with precision, ensuring optimal system performance.
- Solution with Confidence: Design and deploy solutions leveraging custom settings, custom metadata types, and HTTP callouts from Flow to power integrations.
- Support Justice Through Technology: Work closely with attorneys, case managers, and legal teams to optimize processes that directly impact case outcomes and client success.
- Coordinate with Developers for Seamless Deployments: Collaborate with Salesforce Developers and Integration Developers to ensure that cross-functional solutions deploy smoothly, efficiently, and with minimal technical debt.
- Process Mapping & Documentation Enthusiast: Use Confluence and other tools to map out processes, document best practices, and create knowledge resources that keep the team aligned and efficient.
- Work Autonomously: Take full ownership of problem-solving and delivery without micromanagement. You’ll be trusted to execute at a high level and drive real impact.
- Elevate the Platform: Identify opportunities for optimization, performance tuning, and system enhancements to support an evolving, large-scale Salesforce instance.
- Deploy with Precision: Use CI/CD tools like Gearset to manage metadata changes across environments while maintaining system integrity.
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of FULL-TIME Salesforce Admin experience—no mixed roles, no part-time admins.
- Expertise in Flow Builder—not just experience, but passion for building scalable, high-performance flows and debugging intricate issues.
- Proven Solutioning Skills—you’ve owned and delivered impactful Salesforce solutions in high-speed environments.
- Strong Architectural Mindset—comfortable with custom settings, metadata types, and API callouts from Flow.
- Seamless Cross-Team Collaboration—you know how to work with developers to ensure that administrative and programmatic solutions work together seamlessly.
- Autonomous & Proactive—you thrive when given space to own your work, solve problems independently, and push the platform forward.
- Relentless Problem-Solver—when something breaks, you don’t just fix it—you optimize, future-proof, and make it bulletproof.
- Passionate About Growth & Documentation—you understand the importance of process mapping, documentation, and knowledge-sharing to support long-term success.
