Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM - 4PM EST with 1 hour unpaid break. 
Key Responsibilities:
● Daily Care Log Process:
○ Identify caregivers needing a daily care log based on the internal clock-in/out
review.
○ Create and complete daily care logs for applicable caregivers.
○ Add necessary caregiver details to a shared Google Sheet.
○ Call caregivers to verify clock-in/out times and confirm accurate email addresses.
○ Send out daily care logs for electronic signature via DocuSign.
○ Track completion status and escalate unsigned documents.
● 0.25-Mile Board Monitoring:
○ Review the 0.25 board daily to identify caregivers flagged for being outside the
proximity radius during care.
○ Contact caregivers to determine reasoning for location discrepancies.
○ Document the caregiver’s explanation directly on the board.
○ Provide reminders and explanations of the 0.25-mile policy to caregivers as
needed.
○ Escalate repeat violations to management.

Qualifications:
● High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
● Strong communication and follow-up skills.
● Proficient with Google Workspace, DocuSign, and phone/email communication.
● Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy.
● Previous experience in home care or healthcare administration is a plus.
