Job description

SAP Public Sector experience. Senior level able to guide junior members of the team and able to provide guidance for all business processes, interfaces inbound/outbound, custom development objects as needed.

Able to troubleshoot Production issues, provide guidance to end users/Project team members/CFO/Management.

Need to be able to provide detailed corrective steps for resolving issues/errors in production in a timely manner. Able to review SR/CR requests and manage/oversee major change requests implemented by the FI team.

Soft skills: good communicator able to talk to people at different levels of the organization (End user, project team members, management, and executives). Team player willing to coach/guide others as needed. Detail oriented and able to assist/fill in where needed
