Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and coherence of content
Assist in analyzing the effectiveness of the reports and identifying opportunities for improvement
Communicate findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner

Qualifications:

5+ years of report writing experience
Accela Decade experience
Accela Civic Platform experience
Crystal/SSRS experience
Strong research and writing skills with the ability to synthesize complex information
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

The compensation for this position is $75,000 to $110,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. Employees are also eligible for performance-based bonus/ to participate in a performance-based incentive plan. This position is eligible for a benefits package including; medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, 7 paid holidays and 13 days accrued PTO.
