What you’ll do as a Sr Analyst, Talent Development
Assist in researching, developing, and documenting talent management processes that align with the Dycom Talent Management Lifecycle
Analyze talent and leadership data to identify trends and provide insights to improve leadership effectiveness and development strategies
Support the implementation and optimization of talent management processes and systems ensuring alignment with organizational needs
Develop reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the impact of talent development initiatives
Assist with various talent management projects, success profiles, career mapping, employee recognition strategies, and mentorship programs
Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure alignment of talent development strategies with overall business objectives
Stay current on best practices in talent management and leverage insights to enhance organizational programs
Collaborate with HR and leadership to develop individualized development plans for employees
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of development initiatives, recommending enhancements based on data-driven insights

What You’ll Need
To be 18 years of age or older
Authorization to work in the United States for this company
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in talent management, leadership development, or organizational development
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering presentations to diverse audiences, with a focus on clarity and engagement
Familiarity with leadership assessments, 360-degree feedback, and succession planning
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop reports and process documentation
Experience working in a complex, multi-subsidiary organization
Physical Abilities & Exposures
Routinely: Engage in standard office activities such as standing, sitting, and using computers for extended periods
Occasionally: Travel domestically up to 30% to collaborate with subsidiary teams, attend HR team meetings, and occasionally support training
