The Centralized Interviewer serves as a clinical interviewer who assesses a candidate's skills and experience. This is a collaborative role streamlining decision making across the Regional Clinical Director and Talent Advisors while delivering an experience attracting candidates to ABC’s mission and values.
This position reports to the VP of Clinical Services.
Position Description
Available Mountain and Pacific Standard Time.
Schedule flexibility to interview early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
Ability to overlap and calibrate interview scoring and recommendations when entering into a new region.
Organized and ensures invitations are correct, interviews take place as scheduled, scorecards and notes are sent to the RCD, Paycor Recruiting scorecards are completed. Timely in these steps.
Professional in communication.
Provides well documented observations and thoroughly answers questions to help recruiters and RCDs make the best decision.
Transparent when describing a candidate’s strengths and weaknesses.
Communication with candidates aligns with ABC’s policies and procedures, ensuring clarity in expectations for their interviewing role.
Demonstrates flexibility by adjusting availability when candidates provide limited options.
Responsive and adjusts behavior when feedback is provided.
Adds value to the clinical interview process.
Seeks to find answers for the RCDs to assist in decision making.
Assists with other projects when time permits.
Qualifications
Credentialed a minimum of 3 years as a BCBA.
ABC Clinical Director or above.
Has at least 1 year experience at ABC.
Currently demonstrating excellence through KPIs and core values.
Experience interviewing BCBAs and partnering with regional leaders and talent advisors.
Has a strong understanding of ABC’s clinical practices.
Experience solving complex problems, designing creative strategies, and delivering impact as a leader.
Friendly, genuine personality who enjoys talking with others about ABC.
Strong organization skills, independent motivation, reinforced by meeting goals.
Evaluation of performance is based on satisfaction of the RCDs and talent advisors, along with offer acceptance rates.
