Job Location: Virtual within commutable distance to St Louis MO office
Role Value Proposition
Responsible for daily administration and policy support for Group Billing and Remittance. Processes transactions timely and maintains accurate policy records.
Key Responsibilities
- Performs intermediate level clerical duties requiring some analysis and individual judgment. Consults with supervisor on complex problems.
- Maintains data in the administrative systems; troubleshoots and corrects data issues. Works various transaction error reports and queues.
- Processes financial transactions by SLA including: allocations, withdrawals, loans, fund transfers, reinstatements and 1035 exchanges.
- Processes demographic, beneficiary, ownership and assignment changes, return mail and completes other miscellaneous participant level updates.
- Follows up on items found not in good order and completes required mail backs.
- Completes participant level enrollments and reenrollments for contributory products.
- May perform ancillary support functions.
Essential Business Experience And Technical Skills
- High School Diploma and 1-3 years business experience.
- Detail oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

The salary range for applicants for this position is 43,000 to 48,000.
