Job Description

Translation Lead

We are seeking a skilled Translation Lead fluent in English, Dari, and Pashto to oversee translation accuracy and cultural relevance. This role involves translating documents and providing on-site interpretation services at community support centers.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Translation Lead: $

Pay commensurate with experience.

Translation Lead Responsibilities Include:

• Review translated materials for accuracy and cultural appropriateness.
• Translate written documents from English to Dari and Pashto.
• Offer on-site interpretation services as needed.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Train junior translators and provide linguistic support.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
  
  

Translation Lead Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English, Dari, and Pashto.
• Experience in translation and interpretation.
• Strong attention to detail and cultural sensitivity.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
