We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Strategic and Financial Planning to coordinate strategic and financial planning activities and collaborate with cross functional teams to align business objectives with sustainable growth. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Coordinates the development of strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives.
Leads cross-functional collaboration, engaging stakeholders to align on strategic direction and key initiatives.
Monitors performance and mitigates risks, evaluating financial outcomes and adjusting strategies as needed.
Drives process improvements in strategic and financial planning, enhancing analysis tools and efficiencies.

Experience & Expertise - 1-3 years experience coordinating strategic and financial activities and collaborating with cross functional teams to algin business objectives with sustainable growth.
Analytical & Data-Driven - Ability to analyze complex data, interpret insights, and translate them into actionable business strategies.

PREFERRED:

Educational Background - Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or related field; Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
Leadership Experience - 4-6 years of proven leadership in financial planning and analysis within a corporate environment.
Professional Certifications - Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
Consultative Experience - Proven experience in providing business unit or enterprise-driven consultancy, solutions, support, or services.
