Your role, your impact
As an Oracle EPM Support Consultant, you will deliver daily support to Oracle EPM clients, including both Hyperion On-Prem and EPM Cloud solutions. Your focus will be on Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Hyperion Financial Management (HFM On-Premises), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), and Data Management. If you have excellent multitasking, organizational and communication skills and thrive in a team environment, then this role is for you.
You will be working with US-based clients during their business hours.
Your day-to-day
Support and manage multiple clients from various industries using MS Teams, email and the Jira ticketing system;
Resolve support tickets;
Recommend enhancements and optimize client processes across multiple products and platforms;
Provide remote post-production support for live clients.
Keys to your success
Background in finance or accounting (CPA or BBA);
Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle EPM Close applications;
Minimum of 5 years of Oracle consulting experience (implementation or support);
Experience with Data Management or EDMCS;
Proficiency in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS), Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), Narrative Reporting and Smart View;
Ability to manage time and clients effectively.
