Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee financial activities, policies, and practices across multiple ministries, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance on expense management, productivity, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and capital planning to support enterprise-wide financial goals.
  • Develop and manage standardized reporting frameworks and budgeting processes across multiple markets.
  • Identify and recommend financial strategies based on industry trends, operational insights, and accounting best practices.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize financial resources and drive efficiencies across departments.
  • Support enterprise-wide financial initiatives, ensuring consistency and alignment across all operational areas.
  • Ability to summarize key findings and present them in an executive setting.
  • Organize and collaborate effectively within a highly complex health system structure.
  • Supporting ambulatory surgical centers.

Requirements

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.

Additional Preferences

  • Sound financial modeling skills (advanced Excel and Google Sheets knowledge preferred).
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Ambulatory surgical centers (ASC) experience a plus.
