The Project Manager is responsible for supporting overall success of implementations by planning, executing, and closing projects. In addition to being responsible to support the administrative, scheduling, and communication-related activities for projects; the Project Manager assists with creating clear and attainable project objectives, building the project requirements, and managing the associated constraints of the project of cost, time, scope, and quality.
What You Will Do:
You will assist with creating clear & attainable project objectives, building out project requirements & managing the associated constraints of the project including cost, time, scope & quality.
You may oversee multiple related projects, coordinating efforts across teams, managing interdependencies and aligning projects with strategic business goals.
You will provide planning & resource scheduling. This will include tracking the team workload and communicating bottlenecks & resource availability proactively.
You will follow up with team on action items & project updates, holding individuals & team members accountable to commitments.
You will advise and provide risk & issue management, spot & minimize potential project risk/issues that might delay the project completion.
You will be responsible for scope management, including effective communication.
You will work in a blended environment of waterfall, Agile and hybrid across projects with Project Management tools (e.g. Jira, Kantata).
You will create & maintain project documentation that is the single source of truth about a project to keep teams aligned & informed.
You will provide hands on project management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, launch & post launch phases.
You may manage Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and post-mortem meetings
You will have a strong focus on the stakeholder satisfaction/relationship building.
You will support the management and planning of all project components including (but not limited to): scope management, budget management and SDLC management.
You will need to support projects by periodically building functionality in key systems such Jira and Confluence.
What You Need to Succeed:
You will have 3+ Years of demonstrated success as a Project Manager, it would be ideal if it was technical & involved program management.
You have experience working within the software industry. Start up or high growth experience highly preferred.
You will have strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical messages.
You are a strong, proactive problem solver with the ability to lead a team of non-direct reports to push the solution & progress.
Critical and analytical thinking skills are required for project success. Look all around the business – see farther than one area of the business.
You are self-motivated with the ability to manage projects to completion with minimal oversight.
You have a great attention to detail.

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. Most roles at Paradigm have three levels, Associate, Mid and Senior. Our pay ranges are inclusive of all three levels (if applicable), our US based Associate level pay begins at $55,575 annually for this role. The salary does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary and benefits. These compensation levels are subject to an annual review.
