Description

Everi is seeking talented candidates to join our Loyalty Development Team as a Sales Engineer II. This team plays a crucial role in connecting customers with Everi's exceptional product line. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers. Additionally, a strong understanding of business analysis, marketing, and a proven track record of exceeding customer expectations are essential.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Lead product demos alongside sales teams, highlighting features, integrations, and timelines
  • Evaluate customer requirements to ensure alignment with Everi solutions
  • Act as the technical point of contact throughout the sales and implementation process
  • Work with customers to define system setups, document requirements, and manage installations
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to relay customer feedback
  • Support training, troubleshooting, and integration needs post-sale
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on organization and detail

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Software Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–5 years in software development or technical customer-facing roles
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication; able to simplify technical concepts
  • Highly organized and capable of handling multiple priorities
  • Experience in casino/gaming environments, especially with marketing teams, is a plus
  • Comfortable with technical documentation, system setup, and customer interaction
  • Focused on solution engineering and integration—no direct sales involved

Technical Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of Agile, SDLC, and modern software development methodologies
  • Familiarity with software programming frameworks and languages relevant to our products
  • Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and draw actionable insights
  • Casino or gaming industry experience, especially with marketing teams, is a plus

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case's facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $75,000 - $85,000 annually.
