Job Overview Job Title: Senior AI Solutions Engineer (5-7 Years of Experience) Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Solutions Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in backend development, particularly in micro service based architectures, and will be proficient in Python. You will be responsible for developing and deploying AI solutions, including Conversational AI and Generative AI applications. The role demands someone who is proactive, adaptable, and capable of taking ownership of complex tasks. As a Senior AI Solutions Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-driven solutions, while also mentoring junior engineers. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable AI solutions and micro services based applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and implement AI solutions.
• Implement, test, and deploy AI models using Python and popular AI frameworks.
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to deploy AI solutions.
• Develop and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) Pipelines and work on Generative AI applications.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers, providing technical leadership and support.
• Own the full development cycle of AI applications, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and cloud technologies.
  
  

Required Skills:

• Strong backend development experience, particularly in micro services.
• Proficiency in Python, with experience in AI libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to task ownership.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams.
• Ability to adapt to new challenges and up skill as required.
  
  

Good to Have Skills:

• Experience in working with Large Language Models (LLMs) to create custom AI solutions.
• Experience in Conversational AI development and integration.
• Familiarity with AI model deployment in cloud environments.
• Experience leading a team of engineers and mentoring junior staff.
